RTI to the PMO against delay in the establishment of Lokpal

लोकपाल के गठन में विलंब को लेकर सूचना आवेदन प्रेषित करने के लिए सभी मित्रों से सादर आग्रह


दिनांक 28/11/2014 को लोकपाल के गठन में विलंब को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय को दो RTI आवेदन भेजा गया है।एक सूचना आवेदन मैंने भेजा है और एक ग्यारहवीं का छात्र अवनीश कुमार ने भेजा है।आवेदन में सवाल पूछा गया है कि लोकपाल व लोकायुक्त कानून,2013 को राष्ट्रपति का 1 जनवरी 2014 को मंजूरी मिलने के बावजूद अभी तक संघ में लोकपाल और राज्यों में लोकायुक्तों का गठन नहीं होने का क्या कारण है,चयन कमिटि को लोकपाल के अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों का चयन करने में क्या परेशानियाँ हो रही है,खोज कमिटि द्वारा योग्य व्यक्तियों के नाम का सिफारिश करने में विलंब का क्या कारण है,लोकपाल का गठन कब की जाएगी और गठन में विलंब को सरकारी विफलता और लापरवाही कैसे नहीं माना जाना चाहिए।

यदि ये सवाल देश का दो सौ नागरिक प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय से सूचना आवेदन द्वारा पूछे तो जरुर अगले दो महीना में लोकपाल का गठन हो जाएगा।

अतः सभी मित्रों से आग्रह है कि वे भी प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय को सूचना आवेदन भेजे।

With due respect, it is requested to furnish below information
regarding establishment of a body of Lokpal for the Union and
Lokayukta for States under  the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act,2013:-


1.The aforementioned act has received the assent of  the President of
India on 1 Jan 2014 but the establishment of a body of Lokpal for the
Union and Lokayukta for States under  this act has  not been
implemented yet. What  are the reasons of non- establishment of a body
of Lokpal for the Union and Lokayukta for States till now?


2.What problems are being  faced by the Selection Committee for the
purposes of selecting the Chairperson and Members of the Lokpal?


3.What are the reasons of delay in making recommendation  by the
Search Committee of the persons eligible for the Chairperson and
Members of the Lokpal?


4.What is the expected time for the establishment of a body of Lokpal
for the Union?


5.When  a body of Lokpal will be established for the Union?


6.How  delay in the establishment should  not be treated  as  Govt
Failure and negligence?


The requisite application fee of Rs 10 is annexed herewith  through
postal order vide its No.(Please insert Postal Order No.  from the Postal Order)


Therefore, it is requested to furnish information within stipulated
time under section 7(1) of the RTI Act,2005.
