After Godhra train massacre and one day before of spreading riots,shoot-at-sight order was issued by Modi.How shoot-at-sight order was issued one day before of the riots.It meant,it was known by Modi that riots are going to be outraged.How he knew this thing before the riots.Meant,it had been fixed by Modi to outrage riots.After train massacre,there was no justified groud to issue shoot-at-sight order.Shoot-at-sight order can be executed only in special circumstances like riots,but it was executed before even when there was no proof how that train at the Godhra station burst into fire.This conduct of Modi constitutes one circumstantial evidence against him.So far motive is concerned,he had motive to outrage the feelings of Hindus against Muslims to get vote of Hindus.It is the well settled principle of law when the both, circumstantial evidence and motive, exists then the accused deserves to be convicted.Dhananjoy Chatterjee was hanged to dealth only on the ground of circumstantial evidences and motive.Modi deserves to be prosecuted and thereafter convicted on the same ground.

अर्थशास्त्री स्वामीनाथन अय्यर ने स्वामीनॉमिक्स(TIMES OF INDIA) मेँ मोदी मॉडल के बारे मेँ कुछ भी खास नहीँ लिखा है,जो मुझे प्रभावित कर सके।मोदी का मॉडल एक WELL ORGANIZED CRONY CAPITALIST MODEL है।गुजरात का विकास इसी पूँजीवादी मॉडल का SIDE EFFECT है।जब हम उद्योगपति को सस्ते दर पर जमीन देँगे,टैक्स में छूट देँगे और प्रोजेक्ट को तुरंत हरी झंडी दे देँगे,फिर वह औद्योगिक विकास या आधारिक सुविधाओँ के विकास का कार्य क्योँ नहीँ करेगा,जिसकी जिम्मेदारी उसे दी गई है।इस मॉडल मेँ कहीँ पर भी SOCIAL WELFARE नहीँ है।ये सिर्फ अमेरिका और अन्य पश्चिमी पूँजीवादी देश का नकल भर है।इस मॉडल ने कई किसानोँ और आदिवासियोँ का जमीन छीन लिया,लघु उद्योगोँ को बर्बाद कर दिया।जो किसान,आदिवासी,लघु उद्यमी अपने संपति का मालिक थे,आज पूँजीपतियोँ का मजदूर हो गए।पूँजीपतियोँ के बगैर अपने क्षमता के बल पर लघु उद्योगोँ,वंचित किसानोँ और आदिवासियोँ का विकास करने पर ही ये माना जा सकता है कि मोदी मॉडल Sustainable and adoptable है।हिम्मत है तो पूँजीपतियोँ के बगैर विकास करके दिखाए।मोदी समर्थक को मेरी खुली चुनौती इस मुद्दे पर विमर्श करने की।
